One of CE Contract’s current projects is for the University of Minnesota’s Tate Science and Teaching Building renovation with J.E. Dunn Construction. We recently installed over 150 horizontal blinds as well as 22 manual and 15 motorized shades. A unique feature to this project is the interior and exterior motorized shades in the seminar rooms to create a conveniently private atmosphere for presentations and lectures.

Though the window treatments are complete, the building is still under construction with an estimated completion date set for November of this year. CE Contract has been involved in a variety of window treatment projects for the U of M, including the TCF Bank Stadium, and we were pleased to be able to complete another project for their campus. We thank both the U of M and J.E. Dunn for their continued business.

We put together a short video clip to display our completed work and to give you a look at the motorized shades in the seminar rooms.
